"Kraina Mriy” Pinot Noir Aged

A unique red dry wine “Kraina Mrij ” was created by famous ukrainian musician Oleg Skrypka in a collaboration with winemakers of Chateau Chizay winery. The wine reveals aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries with tones of vanilla. The wine was kept in oak barrels for more than 8 months. The taste is elegant, with soft tannins, tones of fruits, spices and with a long aftertaste. A wonderful combination of art and wine!

Cabernet Sauvignon

Intense pomegranate-colored dry wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. A bouquet of wine is rich in aromas of ripe cherries and currants combined with tones of paprika, tobacco and cocoa. The taste is balanced, with a pleasant tartness, in which you can feel the spicy tones of pepper, chocolate and blackberries. The aftertaste is long and rich.

Cuvée (Кюве)

The wine is harmonious, with hint of blackberry, cherry and blueberry tones. The special terroir of Chateau Chizay vineyards gives little acidity in the taste, which causes long aftertaste with light tones of vanilla. The wine was created in a collaboration with one of the best winemakers and enologists in Hungary – Derdy Rovzha. The whole process of production of Cuvée was controlled and strictly monitored by the Founder and General Director of the Academy of Gastronomy in Hungary, chief sommelier of Hungary – Zoltan Sleshak.

Chateau Chizay MOSCATO semi-sweet white kosher wine is made from Muscat Ottonel grape variety, grown in Chateau Chizay vineyards. It has a special and extremely pleasant fruity-floral aroma with light tones of spices. The amazing taste of Moscato wine is characterized by a delicate tingling of tiny bubbles and has a wonderful balance between refreshing acidity and sweet fruity notes.

The juice in the berries at this time is concentrated, very sweet and aromatic.
